Sharp silhouettes, block colours, and amoured textures amounted to a seriously punchy Sportmax collection. The Sportmax woman clearly means business. The fuzzy jumpers, across the body bags and A-line skirts with slits kept the collection fresh and relevant.

No. 21 heavily embellished the familiar but winning combination of a masculine/feminine aesthetic. Quite literally. Sequins were implemented with a daytime grunge manner. Indeed, the collection echoed current street style attire; it felt relaxed, even 'uptight' pieces such as the grey pencil skirt was juxtaposed with a sequined sweatshirt and a volumous coat. Although the sight of jumpers wrapped around models did make me chuckle, a throwback 90s influence which just reminded me of being a hot and flustered 8 years old tying my sweatshirt around my waist after a tiresome game of Rounders. Nevertheless, I'm now on the lookout for crystal-covered socks [image 3] - potential DIY?
